Refund Policy for Custom made Orders

Since all products and services offered by Packwhole.com are CUSTOM MADE that means the items are made upon customer’s unique demand so,

there would be NO REFUND AT ALL FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS. Only re-print of an order will be done if customer finds any defect in delivered items.

Refund Policy for Partial delivered items.

• If an order is partially delivered and the remaining items have not reached the destination, Packwhole will re-print the missing merchandise and ship it to the customer using the same shipping turnaround as specified in the order agreement, without any additional charges for re-printing.
• If an order is partially delivered, no refund will be issued.
• If an order is partially delivered, the remaining items have not reached the destination, and the customer cancels the order and refuses to accept the rest of the ordered quantity, no refund will be issued. However, Packwhole may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund after deducting all associated costs.
• For refunds exceeding $500, the amount will be divided into equal installments, each not exceeding $500. Each installment will be issued after a 3-week interval.

Return and Refund Policy

If there is an error in the printing of your order, notify the company within three days of receipt. We will reprint the order if there is a defect but do not offer refunds. Defective items must be documented with photos and sent within seven business days for reprint eligibility. Rush orders incur non-refundable charges.

Payments, Cancellations, and Order Placement

All prices are listed in USD. Work on your order begins upon receiving full payment. After proof approval, changes cannot be made, although cancellations within four hours incur a fee. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

Design Orders

Design services are non-refundable. Orders for design services cannot be canceled once placed.

Sales Tax

Orders from Illinois are subject to sales tax unless a tax exemption certificate is provided at the time of ordering.

Submitted Artwork

User-submitted artwork must meet specified standards (300 dpi, CMYK format). We are not responsible for quality issues arising from non-compliant submissions.

Proofs and Color Accuracy

Packwhole.com makes every effort to produce accurate colors but cannot guarantee exact color matching due to printing limitations. Electronic proofs may not reflect final colors, and reprints are not provided for color variations.

No Liability for Errors

We are not liable for spelling, grammar, or other errors in final printed products, as well as other technical errors such as cropping or overprinting.

Gang Printing

Packwhole.com typically does not use gang printing. Printing methods are selected based on company and customer needs.

Overruns and Underruns

Orders may include up to 5% more or less than the quantity ordered. Extra items are free, and if fewer items are delivered, charges will be adjusted accordingly.

Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Once the order is approved and payment is received, production begins. Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed. Packwhole.com is not liable for delays or losses due to uncontrollable factors, such as weather or customs issues. Re-shipments due to address errors incur additional charges.

Changes to Terms

Packwhole.com reserves the right to modify these terms or any part of the website. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
