- Artwork Approval: Customers must review and approve artwork proofs before production. Any errors identified after approval are not the responsibility of Packwhole.
- Payment Terms: Full or partial payment may be required upfront depending on the order specifications. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other standard payment methods.
- Order Processing Time: Our estimated delivery time is subject to stock availability and artwork approval. Production time does not include shipping time. Delays in approvals may affect the overall timeline.
- Customization Limitations: Packwhole offers a wide range of customizations. However, all customizations must meet our material and printing requirements. Some requests may be adjusted to align with our production capabilities.
2. Return & Refund Policy
- Quality Assurance: Packwhole strives to deliver high-quality products, with each order passing quality checks before shipment. In cases of defective products, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order for assessment.
- Refunds & Returns: Refunds or returns are only available for orders with verifiable defects or printing errors. Non-defective customized products are not eligible for returns due to the unique specifications of each order.
- Replacement Process: Approved claims for defective items will either be replaced or credited to the client’s account.
